The free-standing circular pod offers a semi-muted retreat without disconnecting from its surroundings - an inviting, organic alternative to traditional closed booths.
Curved timber construction and 100% New Zealand wool acoustic linings by Floc come together to create calm, tactile spaces for meeting or working. Each element has been considered for adaptability, with modular panels that can be reconfigured to meet changing needs over time.
“We were looking for a material that had acoustic qualities for the internal lining of Orbit and what appealed most with Floc was the fact it was 100% NZ wool which is a great compliment to our all-timber construction.
The other impressive quality of Floc was how flexible it was compared to alternative PET products while still having reasonable thickness to it.”
